Gabriel and Cervi are the last players infected with Covid-19 in the Benfica squad, so they are out of the squad for the trip to the Azores, where the Reds play this Sunday against Santa Clara.

Both players tested positive on Friday, a day when even Gabriel had been reinstated in the team’s work after recovering from a broken left leg, which prevented him from the last three games with the Reds.

In addition to Cervi and Gabriel, Jardel, Gonçalo Ramos, João Ferreira and Seferovic are also infected, while Pizzi is already recovered from the infection, joining the squad.

Brazilian Pedrinho was also left out due to muscle fatigue.

Here is the list of callers:

Goalkeepers: Odysseas, Helton and Svilar;

Defenders: Vertonghen, Ferro, Grimaldo, Gilberto, Nuno Tavares and Todibo;

Midfielders: Weigl, Samaris, Taarabt, Rafa, Tiago Araújo, Everton, Chiquinho, Pizzi and Diogo Gonçalves;

Forwards: Luca Waldschmidt, Darwin and Ferreyra.
