Ten of the 40 million euros from the sale of Fábio Silva are for intermediaries – FC Porto

Gestifute receives 7 million and STV 3 million, as explained by the Portuguese SAD to the CMVM

FC Porto sent an official note to CMVM, giving details of the business that brought Fábio Silva to Wolverhampton. The British have disbursed 40 million euros, but now the SAD of Porto explains that 10 of those 40 million go to intermediaries.

In effect, Gestifute earns 7 million euros and STV keeps 3 million, so they are now in the blue and white coffers of SAD 30 million.

“Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol, SAD, in the terms of article 248º nº1 of the Portuguese Securities Code and in addition to the declaration made on the 5th, comes to inform the market that, due to the transfer of the player Fábio Silva to Wolverhampton, by 40 million euros, and the execution of previously reached agreements, will have charges for intermediation services, with the companies Gestifute, SA and STV, Lda, encompassing an increased base value
of the objective award, which corresponds to € 7M (seven million euros) and € 3M (three million euros), respectively ”.
