In July, the Public Ministry (MP) accused the three young men of murdering the son of a former PJ inspector, then 24 years old.
The defendants are charged with 14 crimes, including homicide, theft, crimes against physical integrity and crimes of damage.
According to the information available on the website of the Lisbon Regional Prosecutor’s Office (PGDL), of the three accused of the murder of the son of the former PJ inspector, one is also accused of a crime of violation of simple physical integrity, a crime Of damage. , eight of aggravated theft and five of simple theft, another of them is accused of nine crimes of aggravated theft, three of simple theft and one of drug trafficking and the third of eight crimes of aggravated theft, four of simple theft and one of reception.
According to PGDL, another man, who worked with the three defendants, was not charged with murder, but with the crime of receiving, in the framework of several robberies that the group allegedly perpetrated between October 19 and December 28. last year in the Sintra and Lisbon areas.
The three defendants were 16, 17 and 20 years old at the time of the crime.
