Survey puts PS at the top, PSD with the highest rise and comes in fifth

A The survey for the Porto Canal and the Sol newspaper gives socialists 37.7% of the voting intentions, 1.3 p.p. more than the result obtained in the legislatures of October 2019 and 8.3 p.p. PSD, the party that rises the most in relation to the last study, carried out in February.

BE remains in third position with 8.3% (1.2 p.p. less than in the legislative ones), followed by CDU (PCP/ /PEV), with 5.5% (-0.8 p.p.).

Behind Chega, the CDS-PP, with 3.0% (-1.2 p.p.) and PAN, with 2.5% (-0.8 p.p.).

The Liberal Initiative has 1.2% of the voting intentions, 0.1 p.p. less than in October Last, and Livre disappears from the radar of the parties with parliamentary representation, appearing aggregates under the title “other parties, whites and nulls”, which add up to 8.4% worldwide.

In the study, the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, appears as the most popular figures with an approval rate of 66.3% and 41%, respectively. The study of Eurosondage for Sol and Porto Canal it was held between 4 and 7 May, through 1,005 validated telephone interviews, and has a maximum margin of error of 3.09%.
