The State reached an out-of-court agreement to pay 410 thousand euros to the parents of Hugo Abreu and Dylan da Silva, students who died during the 127th Mando course, which has already been approved by the court.

According to the document, to which the Lusa agency had access today, Dylan da Silva’s parents will receive 210 thousand euros in compensation while Hugo Abreu’s parents will receive 200 thousand euros, the State having 60 days to make the payment, says the agreement . extrajudicial together with the record of the trial with 19 accused soldiers, which takes place in Lisbon.

The court order to ratify the agreement is Thursday, November 26.

Hugo Abreu and Dylan da Silva, both 20 years old, died and nine other students suffered serious injuries and had to be hospitalized during the so-called ‘Zero Test’ (first test of the Leadership course) of the 127th Leadership course, which took finished. in the Alcochete region, Setúbal district, on September 4, 2016.
