Laura finds her son drugged, hits him and cries desperately. Gonçalo tries to calm his spirit and takes Cris to bathe him. Laura says she can’t take it anymore and Gonçalo says that she should have confessed her crime to the police because it will be less of a burden on her. Ana listens to her father’s confession.
Isabel shows Verónica the interview that Nazaré gave her and tells her friend that she should sue the girl. The doorbell rings and to Veronica’s surprise it is Nazaré.
Nazaré confronts Verónica telling her that she is no longer afraid of him and that he will destroy her wherever she goes. Isabel, in shock, tells the young woman to leave her friend, but Nazaré does not feel intimidated and looks Veronica in the eye saying that she will make her pay.
Inspector Santos goes to the Quinta to speak to Barbara, who is very nervous. Barbara says that Duarte had a gun, the day of the discussion with Felix, and automatically realizes that he spoke too much. Duarte appears and the Inspector confronts him with the history of the weapon. Duarte is justified by saying that he did not say it because this detail was not important. The weapon stayed in Felix’s room and Duarte did nothing, since he is also innocent in the death of his uncle.
Glória goes home to deliver the cod order to Ismael. When he enters the staff room, he finds Ismael naked and is scared. Gloria wants to leave, but Ismael draws her to him seductively. Glória almost gave up, but suddenly she turned her back on him and ran away.
When she arrives at the restaurant, still shocked by the episode with Ismael, she finds Toni watching Nazaré’s interview on television.
In Quinta Duarte and Bárbara they also watch Nazaré’s interview about Duarte’s smile at the young woman’s frontality. Jealous Barbara comments that Nazaré is hurting not only Veronica but also Atlantis.
Ana goes to the hotel reception and asks Laura and Gonçalo to speak to them. Ana tells her parents that she already knows what happened, through tears. Laura asks her daughter not to tell anyone while Gonçalo, undone, tells her daughter that she realizes that it is too much for her. Ana denies and hugs her father tightly according to the request.
During the meal, Gonçalo is dejected, but Ana supports her father. Cris arrives, completely drugged, and drops the salad bowl. Laura has a fit of fury and leaves exhausted.
The next morning, Cris wakes up with his mother to pack. The young man does not believe what is happening and promises to be treated, but Laura stands firm and tells him that he has to go. Cris goes down with her suitcases to the reception where Ana and Gonçalo are visibly sad and dejected. Cris asks for mercy, but none of the three curves and the young man ends up leaving in a broken state.
Veronica arrives at Soares’ house and tells Érica that she has come to see her granddaughter and takes the opportunity to deliver the papers at the request of Yara’s guard.
