Santos Fiscal Council says ‘no’ to Lucas Veríssimo’s Benfica proposal and ‘yes’ to Al-Nassr’s – Benfica

The Santos Fiscal Council issued a negative opinion on Benfica’s proposal to hire Lucas Veríssimo and, conversely, said ‘yes’ to Al-Nassr’s candidacy for the center, ESPN revealed, in information confirmed by Record. The last word now belongs to the Deliberative Fish Council, which will meet on Thursday to re-analyze the issue.

It is recalled that Luís Filipe Vieira was recently in Brazil to try to close the deal, changing the initial proposal. If before the embodied SAD proposed a loan with compulsory purchase in July – and only then would it begin to pay 6.5 million euros for the player – now the reds are already advancing with about 1.5 million euros at the head, diluting the remaining € 5 million for the duration of the athlete’s contract. The initial arrival on loan, this, remains, among other things because the eagles also only want to see the purchase entering the 2021/22 accounts exercise.

As for the proposal from Saudi Arabia, it is slightly lower (practically € 5 million) but Al-Nassr pays the full amount in two installments until January.
