Bayern forward Robert Lewandowski was named player of the year at “The Best” awards this Thursday. But how was the podium closed?

Well, the Pole collected the award with 52 points, followed by Cristiano Ronaldo, with 38, and Messi, with 35.

The score comes according to previously defined rules, dividing the importance of each voting category: coaches, captains, press and supporters.

The Bavarian emblem striker was everyone’s favorite (554 points for the coaches, 631 for the captains, 807 for the press and 679,995 for the fans). Ronaldo was second in all but the coaches’ vote.
