Rio’s message comes hours after the PSD requested an urgent hearing in the Parliament of the Minister of Justice to clarify news that says that the Government has given false information to justify the election of José Guerra as European prosecutor.
Hours after the president of the party, Rui Rio, appealed to these clarifications by the Government in a publication on the social network Twitter, in the middle of the afternoon, the parliamentary group PSD delivered today in the Assembly of the Republic a request to request the urgent hearing. by Francisca Van Dunem when we have the information.

In the letter, to which the two bodies had access, José Guerra identifies himself with the category of “deputy attorney general”, which he does not have, because he is only a prosecutor, and because he had a participation of “investigative and accusatory leadership” the process. After this news, the Ministry of Justice admitted “two lapses” in the curriculum that José Guerra made known but said that it will make an effort to correct them.
