Return to the fateful day of Sara Carreira – Boiling

It was raining and visibility was reduced when, a week ago, the car followed by Sara Carreira and her boyfriend, Ivo Lucas, on the A1, in the direction of Porto-Lisbon, collapsed after a sequence of collisions with other vehicles involved.

The succession of crashes occurred between 6:35 pm and 6:45 pm on Saturday and began with the collision of a Volvo truck, followed by the fado singer Cristina Branco and her daughter, in the back of another car that I was in the right lane.

The singer could not avoid a roof and with the car in which she was still standing in the middle of the road. Cristina and her daughter fled to the central separator and were there when Sara came up with the sequence of fatal crashes.

The artist’s boyfriend could not avoid the collision with Cristina Branco’s truck and lost control of the vehicle, which overturned on the asphalt about 100 meters.

IMMEDIATE DEATH

Carreira Benjamín did not resist the violence of the clashes and death was still declared in the place. Ivo Lucas, 30, was transferred to the Santarém Hospital with an open fracture in his arm, a head injury and a lung leak.

Despite being free of danger, until the end of the edition, the musician and actor remained in the Hospital de Santa María, in Lisbon, where he was transferred, with his friends so as not to hide his concern about the psychological state of the young man.

Singer Leandro, a friend of the family, guarantees that Ivo does not remember what happened and is in a state of shock.
