However, on the restaurant’s Facebook page, a publication, this Tuesday, highlights: “This year we win our Star again, as a team.”

“We are proud, happy and grateful to have what we have; earned with love, respect, dedication, responsibility and commitment ”, adds the restaurant.

“The day we stop being happy doing what we like to do, the day the Kitchen is nothing more than passion, respect and commitment, that day, regardless of any Pandemic, it will not be worth continuing. Here we are happy and we are learning to be resilient ”, the publication ends.

“A Cozinha” is located in the historic center of Guimarães, in Largo do Serralho. It opened in 2016, combining “creativity and tradition to stimulate the senses”.

“It is inspired by genuinely Portuguese flavors, but it promises a modern, creative and sustainable cuisine. Guiding the rhythm of the seasons and in tune with nature, our starting point is our recipe and the authenticity of local products, combining the sophistication of signature cuisine with the simplicity of traditional cuisine “, says the description of the restaurant .

Born in Guimarães, António Loureiro began his career in 1994, went to several restaurants – national and international – with Michelin stars and directed the kitchen of some of the best hotels in Portugal.
