The Government has proposed today to the unions an increase of up to 20 euros in the lowest salaries of the Public Service.
The proposal was presented today to public sector workers unions during the first round of negotiations, announced the Ministry of Modernization of the State and Public Administration.
Thus, the lowest salary will go from 645.07 euros to 665.00 euros, reflecting the “increase in the national minimum wage in the salaries of the Public Administration”.
Salaries between 665 euros and 693.13 euros will be increased by 10 euros, up to Level 5 of the Single Remuneration Table.
Negotiations with the unions will now resume on January 6, according to Alexandra Leitão’s office.
At today’s meetings, a “proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 125-A / 2019, of April 30, which regulates the development of the tender procedure for contracting. These changes are intended to streamline and simplify this process, without losing the guarantees of the candidates and ensuring the transparency of the entire process “
