The Public Ministry investigates the sale of six EDP dams on the Duero River, to a consortium led by the French company Engie for 2,200 million euros, six months ago, reports “Correio da Manhã” this Sunday.

According to the newspaper, the case is in the Central Directorate of Investigation and Criminal Action (DCIAP), but there are still no accused. At the base of the investigation are suspicions of crimes of corruption, influence peddling and qualified tax fraud, he said.
