The emails use the domain policiajudicaria.pt, which does not correspond to the legitimate email domain of this Judicial Police.
In a statement, PJ indicated that the recipients should not “at any time, open or follow the links contained in said suspicious emails”, a procedure that should be common in relation to other phishing campaigns that try to obtain data from the users. or install malware on their computers.
This phishing campaign is already being investigated by the Judicial Police, which says that it is “carrying out the pertinent investigative procedures related to these events.”
