THE objective programs is to improve employability of the population active and the promotion of skills to potentially vulnerable groups, according to information released today.
With an amount of up to 20 million euros for a target of 138,000 unemployed participants, the applications for the Life contest Active for the Unemployed are aimed at the unemployed enrolled in the centers of the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) that are closer to the re-entry to the labor market, with qualifications equal to or higher than secondary education.
The Life contest Active for Long-Term Unemployed has around 50 million euros for a target of 294,000 unemployed and is aimed at unemployed enrolled in the centers of the IEFP that are further from re-entry in the labor market, with qualifications lower than secondary education.
These contests are promoted by the IEFP, through its network of Management Centers Direct and participated and co-financed by PO YES.
The period for submitting applications runs until the 28th of October and it should be done through the form electronic at the Portugal 2020 Table (2020 Table) at www.portugal2020.pt.
