The PSP arrested two people, between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, in different situations, for insulting and threatening the agents, the Police announced today.
In a statement, the PSP states that this Thursday, at 2:00 am, it became aware of a disorder on the public highway, at Rua Dr. José Vilaça.
“Upon arriving at the place, the group of individuals, upon realizing the presence of this Police, began to flee, however it was possible to intercept one of the individuals, a 25-year-old citizen, who in the course of the police intervention , threatened and injured the element. police, ”the statement said.
Even earlier, at 10 pm, on Rua de Vilar, during a preventive police action, according to the PSP, “an individual addressed the police officer who was in the exercise of his duties and unexpectedly threw various insults at him.”
“Then the agent advised him to withdraw, however, the suspect did not comply with his order, having threatened him,” the statement added.
The two suspects were arrested and notified to appear before the Judicial Court of Braga.
