ORA newborn baby was abandoned, wrapped in a plastic bag and found with a knife stuck in his back in Posadas, Argentina.
Metro reports that the girl, who would not have been born more than two days ago, was found by gymnastics instructor Diego Sebastián Penayo, 31, on Avenida Waterfront West.
In the same newspaper, the man revealed that he found the baby wrapped in a pink and blue blanket, with a “rusty” knife stuck in his back. “She was crying, she had vital signs,” he added.
Diego immediately took the baby to a police station close to where he was. This was later transferred to a hospital.
Upon arriving at the hospital, the doctors discovered that he had a series of blows with the knife, in addition to the wound on his back, where he was stuck.
However, the stabbing was superficial and did not damage Organ. The girl is stable and in no danger to her life.
The employees of the hospital unit called the girl Esperanza (Esperança, in Portuguese).
Also according to Metro, the mother has already been identified and arrested, it is not known what crimes she will be charged with. However, the investigation continues.
