“Unacceptable! It’s strange!” This is how the parents of two children from Vila Verde who tested positive for covid-19 through the media comment that they knew their children were infected.
“My children, one of seven and the other two, did the tests at the Santa Casa da Misericórdia and no one informed us. We learned from Facebook of a communication body ”, they regret, in statements to O MINHO.
The parents own the Café Boa Amizade, in Praça 5 de Outubro, in the town.
“Our children played with another child, who also tested positive,” explained one of them anonymously, ensuring that the decision to temporarily close the cafe they are exploring was made before knowing the results of the test.
What is at stake – they say – is the health security of customers, which, of course, “is above all at this stage.”
The couple is now waiting for the tests to be carried out – according to a decision in this regard – from the Health Delegation, but they are also surprised that this is not immediate: “we had no where to do them, but they gave us orders to wait. ”, They explain.
