The Government decree that regulates the application of the new state of emergency, between 00:00 hours on Tuesday, November 24 and 11:59 p.m. on December 8, establishes that the provisions between articles 3 and 31 and between articles 45 and 53 “is applicable to the entire national territory.”

The Azores do not have regions with more than 240 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 15 days, according to the latest report from the General Directorate of Health, so they are not covered by the most restrictive measures applied to high-risk counties . very high risk and extreme risk, but they are subject to the remaining measures.
