The general meeting of the possible dismissal of the Board of V. Setúbal, scheduled for December 2, was postponed to two days later. The meeting with the members will take place on December 4, at the club’s Bingo, in Bonfim, from 11 am to 9 pm. As imposed by the General Directorate of Health, the AG will only be able to vote, and the affiliates must comply with the rules imposed by the DGS, mandatory use of mask, physical distance and hand hygiene.
The call came out this Tuesday, and the question was also changed to the members, and SAD (whose majority member is the club) also became involved in the issue. Thus, the partners must answer the question: “In view of the moment lived in Vitória Futebol Clube and, especially, in Vitória Futebol Clube SAD, do you understand that this Board should be removed?”. Members must vote YES or NO on the question.
Paulo Rodrigues was elected on October 18, but a group of 113 associates asked the General Assembly Bureau to remove the Board from office, on the grounds that he had failed to fulfill electoral promises. Vitória’s bylaws state that a termination GA needs at least 100 signatures.
