In the entire continental territory it is also forbidden to move between municipalities between 11 p.m. on Friday and 11:29 p.m. on Tuesday.

As already happened on Monday, November 30, on the eve of next week’s holiday, on December 7, there will be no classes and the public function will have time tolerance. The government asked the private sector to also fire the workers that day.

Regarding commercial establishments, in the 127 regions with the highest risk, they must close at 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, the eve of the holiday.

There are three exceptions to this requirement.

Thus, catering establishments or similar establishments may operate outside the period between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays, and outside the period between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. the day before. of the holidays “. provided that it is exclusively for home delivery or for the supply of goods at the door of the establishment or at the window (‘take-away’), in which case the public will not be allowed access inside the establishment “.

They may also operate retail establishments for food, natural or dietary products, health and hygiene, which have a sales or service area of ​​200 square meters or less with autonomous and independent entrance from the beginning. of the public highway “.

Service stations may also be open, but “exclusively for the purpose of selling fuel and supplying vehicles to the public.”

The “extremely high” risk counties are those that at the time the current state of emergency came into effect, on November 24, had more than 960 new coronavirus infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days.

In the municipalities considered “very high” risk, more than 480 new infections were registered for every 100,000 inhabitants.

Measures to contain the covid-19 pandemic during the current period of state of emergency will remain in effect until 11:59 pm on Tuesday.
