If so, it would be public, because it is controlled by the League, said the SAD. However, there are other debts (with the State, with the League, with former players and coaches) that may give rise to this sanction, without the situation of non-compliance being disclosed. The next few hours can help clarify whether Boavista is capable of assembling the conditions to register reinforcements, also, as has happened with other sports societies, in recent days.
Investment postponed to summer
On Saturday, in a joint note from Gérard López and Vítor Murta sent to Lusa, the majority shareholder since January 11 and president of Boavista, respectively, he announced that the SAD plan points to a “strong investment in the summer market” , after a “restructuring between the club and the SAD”, of undefined contours, which will conclude “at the end of March”. The statement was made as a result of an incident with the fans, in a training session that led Ricardo Costa to leave the position of sports director.
