The assets now delivered include all the shares they owned in the company Biocom – Companhia de Bioenergia de Angola, Lda, through Cochan SA, the Kero supermarket chain, through the transfer of 90% of the shares of Grupo Zahara Comércio SA and Damer Gráficas company – Sociedade Industrial de Artes Gráficas, SA.

The CIF representatives transferred the property to the state patrimonial sphere of the assets seized by SENRA on February 11 and 17, 2020, including the “Vida en Paz” in Zango, made up of 24 buildings, three yacht clubs and four shipyards, the CIF Luanda Uno and CIF Luanda Dos buildings, including all their equipment located on Avenida 1º Congresso do MPLA, Ingombota urban district, Luanda municipality.

“From now on, all the assets referred to are definitively included in the patrimonial sphere of the State,” states the statement from the PGR of Angola, stating that “the transfer of these assets to the State scope does not prevent the continuation of the criminal process.”
