Galaxy A52: the first rumors emerge of the next Samsung middleman

[ad_1]

The Galaxy A51 followed the success of its predecessor and achieved the best-selling Android smartphone rank of the first half of 2020, according to Omdia. The model, officially announced at the end of last year, already has a successor in development, and the first rumors about the Galaxy A52 appear online.

According to the Galaxy Club website, Samsung has already started registering the names of the Galaxy A family next year. Apparently, the A52 will be launched in 5G version and follows the predecessor, with a set of four cameras on the rear, one of which is macro, possibly accompanied by a 5 MP sensor, something that should be repeated in the A72.

The main camera should have a maximum resolution increase, going from 48 MP of the Galaxy A51 to 64 MP, the same resolution that is used in the Galaxy A71 and M31.

For now, this is the information available on the cell phone. Nothing about hardware, screen or even if the fingerprint reader goes under the screen or if Samsung will start betting on the side biometric reader, as some manufacturers have begun to do in their intermediaries.

The Galaxy A52 has no date yet to be announced, which should only happen later in the year. Samsung announced the Galaxy A51 and A71 in mid-December, and the devices will only hit stores in early 2020. A similar timeline for the predecessors would come as no surprise.
