Father travels more than 400 kilometers to avenge attempted rape of his daughter

A man traveled more than 400 kilometers, between Santarém and Bragança, to avenge an attempt to rape his 21-year-old daughter.

According to Correio da Manhã, the man, after discovering who the perpetrator was, was armed with a knife, behind the man who, according to his report, would own a bar where his daughter worked in Bragança.

“On the second night of work, from Friday to Saturday, she was alone with him because she was doing the closing and she would have to do the cleaning. It was felt on the breasts and genitals. There was no rape, but there was an attempt, ”the father assured Correio da Manhã.

“I went to Bragança without the intention of harming the man, but to protect myself, I took a mountain knife. I went into space, unarmed, had a drink and left, ”he added.

However, the young woman’s father was eventually approached by the PSP and arrested. On Monday he was present at the Court of Bragança.
