Almost eight months after the start of the covid-19 pandemic in Portugal, nine municipalities on the continent, located mainly in Alentejo, registered none or even three confirmed cases accumulated until Monday, according to data from the General Directorate of Health (DGS) .
Penedono, Mêda, Penalva do Castelo, Castanheira de Pera, Castelo de Vide, Fronteira, Monforte, Alvito and Barrancos are the counties of the Portuguese peninsula that counted between zero and three confirmed cases of covid-19 accumulated until 12:00 on Monday .
