Covid-19 is the first victim in Portugal between the ages of 10 and 19

The latest bulletin of the Directorate General of Health (DGS) has already been published with data on the evolution of the number of coronavirus cases in Portugal in the last 24 hours. The report reveals that there are 4,413 more infected people in our country and 88 more deaths.
According to the new data, a young woman between 10 and 19 years old died, the first victim of this age group since the beginning of the pandemic in the country. No details are known, nor is it known whether or not there were comorbidities; only now there is a victim of this group, the woman.
It is recalled that, on Friday, December 11, Portugal had a peak of fatalities related to the new coronavirus: 95. The DGS data also reveals that there are currently 3,093 people admitted to hospitals – 137 less than on Friday – 503 patients they are in intensive care units – four less than the day before.
