The municipalities of Castelo Branco and Idanha-a-Nova are again this Saturday those where the number of new infected by Covid-19 grows the most.
According to the Local Health Unit of Castelo Branco, the number of infections registered in the municipality of Castelo Branco is now 172, 29 more than on Friday.
In Idanha-a-Nova it increased to 101 active cases of the disease, eight more than the previous day.
In the municipality of Raiano, attention was focused on the Misericórdia home, where the most recent balance points to 71 positive cases of Covid-19, of which 64 users and seven employees, according to information provided this Saturday by the City Council of Idanha- the new one.
In Castelo Branco there are now 172 active cases, in Idanha-a-Nova 101, in Proença-a-Nova nine, in Penamacor eight, in Sertã eight, in Vila Velha de Ródão four and in Vila de Rei one.
Oleiros is currently the only municipality in the ULSCB area without active cases.
In Fundão, the mayor of the City Council confirmed this Saturday to Rádio Cova da Beira the existence of 13 active cases.
According to Paulo Fernandes, in the last month, the number of cases in the municipality has fluctuated, weekly, between 10 and 15 cases.
