Jamila Madeira, former leader of the Socialist Youth, MEP and leader of the PS, leaves the functions of Undersecretary of State and Health, a position now held by António Sales, who thus rises in the hierarchy of the team led by Minister Marta Temido.

For the team of the Ministry of Health, Diogo Serras Lopes, the new vice president of the board of directors of the Central Administration of the Health System, and who was an advisor on economic issues in the office of the prime minister, António Costa, joins as new secretary of State. .

In the team of the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing, Pedro Nuno Santos, the Assistant Secretaries of State and Communications, Alberto de Souto de Miranda, and of Housing, Ana Pinho are replaced, being replaced respectively by Hugo Santos Mendes and the vice president. from the socialist bench Gonçalves Gonçalves.
