Coach Sérgio Conceição won the fifth title under FC Porto, defeating Benfica 2-0, in the 42nd edition of the Cândido de Oliveira Super Cup, at the Municipal Stadium of Aveiro.
Four months and twenty-two days after taking the fourth, also against the red (2-1), in the final of the Portuguese Cup, in Coimbra, the 46-year-old coach, born in Ribeira de Frades, rose to the eighth Porto Ranking Square.

The fourth season started a bit hectic, with many points lost in the championship, translated into a third place, four points from Sporting and two from Benfica, but, in other competitions, the dragons have done well.
The Blue and Whites managed to reach the knockout stages of the Champions League, being the only team outside of the European “top 5” at this stage of the competition, they are also in the “knockout stages” of the Portuguese Cup and in the four finalists of the League Cup. .
With the conquest of Aveiro, it was already guaranteed that the season will not end in blank, and the next goal is the League Cup, which FC Porto never took away. The final four is between January 19 and 23, 2021, in Leiria, and the “dragons” play in the “socks” with Sporting.
