Sporting informed the Securities Market Commission (CMVM) of the transfer of Wendel to Zenit for 20.3 million euros, an amount to which they can add € 4 million for objectives.
SAD Leonina also reported that charges for intermediation services related to the transfer of the Brazilian media amount to 1,780 million euros.

SPORTING CLUBE DE PORTUGAL – FUTEBOL, SAD (hereinafter Sporting SAD or Sociedade) informs, in the terms and in order to comply with the information obligation derived from the provisions of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities Code, that reached an agreement with FC Zenit for the definitive transfer of the sports rights of the player Marcus Wendel Valle da Silva.
In exchange for the transfer, Sporting SAD will receive a fixed amount of € 20,300,000.00 (twenty million and three hundred thousand euros), plus a conditional amount of up to € 4,000,000.00 (four million euros), depending on objectives related to player participation in games and sports performance of FC Zenit.
Likewise, it is reported that the charges for intermediation services related to the aforementioned assignment amount to € 1,780,000.00 (one million seven hundred eighty thousand euros).
