The day after the defeat (0-1) with FC Porto, on the 15th day of the League, Farense announced that he had urgently requested a meeting with the Referee Council of the Portuguese Football Federation.

In a statement, the Algarve emblem says that it was, “once again, damaged in this championship, and for the direct reason of the omission of the VAR.”

“The loss in the last game is one of the many situations that, ostensibly, harm this institution,” it reads.

Fully disclosed:

With great regret, we find that Sporting Clube Farense was, once again, undermined in this championship, and for the direct reason of the omission of VAR performance.

What happened in the last game is one of the many situations that, ostensibly, harm this institution.

Sporting Clube Farense throughout this championship has guided all its behavior by the primacy of respect and high regard for all the Entities that govern Portuguese football;

In this sense and to date, a meeting with the arbitration board has already been urgently requested to present the specific situations that led to this generalized feeling of injustice.

WE DEMAND EQUITY AND JUSTICE!
