Dand according to recent information advanced by Bloomberg, Apple will launch this year a new version of its home speaker HomePod which will allow you to respond to two of the main criticisms pointed to the original model, announced in 2017.
The North American publication says that the new speaker will not only be smaller and cheaper, but will also be compatible with other companies’ music services. This means that you don’t necessarily have to have Apple Music to be able to listen to music on the HomePodso you can simply connect to your account Spotify.
Apple usually presents new products at its event September, an occasion where traditionally the new models of iPhone.
