In the final stretch of the week of elections to the governing bodies of Benfica, Gaspar Ramos, former director and vice president of Benfica, already knows who he will vote for. I have always expressed my disagreement on the management model used. Added to all this is the hiring of Jorge Jesús. On the way he left for Sporting, his return was a great indignity towards Benfica, which had a great impact on me, ”he stressed before giving the reasons that lead him to believe in Noronha Lopes.
“He called me to say that he would like my support. He sent me the program, I read it carefully, I spoke with him, I got to know him better and saw his abilities to be president of Benfica. He is an internationally renowned coach and knows Benfica as well or better than I do, in detail in the different aspects ”, praised Gaspar Ramos, underlining some lines of the List B project:“ It has a strong structure, which must be headed by a director strong, competent sportsman, with prestige, someone who knows a lot about football and preferably with international knowledge, given the internationalization that Benfica has to do.
