Days after WWE attempted to register two marks in lieu of Cody Rhodes’ registration requests, there is now information that Vince McMahon’s company is doing the same, and even more blatantly, with the team of Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson.
The Revival will have a fight against WWE ahead, to guarantee the rights of some of the brands they registered a few weeks ago. The company requested the registration of “No Flips, Just Fists”, “#FTRKO” and “Say Yeah”. These three brands were used in WWE, and the company believes they should be theirs.
Apparently, WWE now has 90 days, until August 26, to justify why brands should belong to you and not to the team now known as Fear The Revolt.
You intend to use some of the brands outside of WWE, including some commodity. So, until stated otherwise, it looks like Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson will have to wait a bit longer and the process will come to an end before they can freely use them.
