Mainland Portugal is under yellow warning due to cold. In the coming days even lower temperatures are expected, which means negative values in the northern, central and interior regions.
The Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere also says that there is the possibility of snowing in the Algarve and Alentejo, in the areas of Serra de São Mamede and Serra de Fóia.
