“This letter is a working note from the Ministry of Justice for the ambassador,” explained the Minister of Justice regarding the letter that followed for European organizations. Francisca Van Dunem admitted that she knew that José Guerra was not an assistant attorney general and that the appointment was actually a mistake.

“We designate that person [José Guerra] because that person was chosen by the Superior Council of the Public Ministry among three. In addition, it is the person who is in first place and the other candidate being talked about is in third place with a difference of nine points. That person is 221 places up ”, he emphasized.
“The City Council, when making the assessment, has before it all the data related to the three candidates,” added Francisca Van Dunem, guaranteeing that José Guerra was chosen “because he is the best.”
