The President of the Republic received this Thursday a letter from the president-elect of the United States, Joe Biden, in response to the congratulations sent by Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on the election. In the letter, Joe Biden appreciates the “kind words” of Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa and regrets that they have not yet “I had the opportunity to talk on the phone“.
