GAME SUMMARY
Closing of double shift in Luz, with Benfica, to receive, win and convince Esmoriz in a challenge of the 3rd round of the 2nd phase of the National Volleyball Championship: 3-0!
After the Saturday win prior to VC Viana opening another double day of competition, this Sunday new tax triumph, this time in welcome to Esmoriz, training that until then had overcome the two previous challenges of this phase.
Powerful entry from the training led by Marcel Matz to show that he wants to resolve early … and it was! First set compelling, finished with an expressive 25-15.
In the second set, opponent’s formation response, fighting for the victory in the partial until the end, however, once again the quality and the largest number of solutions from those incarnated to make a difference: 25-22 and 2-0 in the game.
Third set with dominance of the eagles (25-18), before a bristling Esmoriz and who valued even more the victory of the hosts, 3-0.
With this result, Benfica has a total of nine points, the result of three complete victories, and remains undefeated at the top of the general classification.
Eagles return to action the day January 19, with a travel to the land of Caldas.
