Fifth generation technology thus brings a completely new reality: it will be able to support a thousand times more traffic than current networks and at a speed 10 to 20 times faster than 4G.

It will also have very short response times, allowing for new levels of development in the industry and the possibility of remote medical monitoring. New applications in public health and safety, new advances in virtual reality and the use of autonomous vehicles stand out.
