Compensation to the family of the Ukrainian citizen, Ihor Homenyuk, who died at Lisbon airport on March 12, at the hands of the Foreigners and Borders Service (SEF), will be provided by the same body, according to the diploma published this Monday in Journal of the Republic.

“It is determined that the aforementioned compensation is already supported by the budget of the Foreigners and Borders Service, exercising the right of appeal in the terms that result from the individual responsibility proven judicially,” he adds.
