According to Correio da Manhã, the first vehicle that appears in the images is a Volkswagen Passat pickup, which makes an irregular path and circulates between the right and middle lanes, at a speed that apparently would not exceed 70-80 km / h. . Later, the Volvo V50 of the fado singer Cristina Branco appears, colliding with the rear of that vehicle.
After the collision, the Volto turns and the rear end is turned away from the traffic, always keeping the lights on. Passat leaves the lane and stays to the right.
Meanwhile, the camera changes and when it refocuses on the accident area Cristina Branco and her 10-year-old daughter were in the central divider. Until the arrival of the car followed by Sara Carreira, at least 10 cars went through the accident without colliding with the fadista’s vehicle or the Passat.
It was then that the car in which the young singer was following became visible, its headlights approaching at high speed. At that moment, Ivo Lucas, who was driving, collided with the right side of Cristina Branco’s Volvo.
