Despite the rain, the cold and, of course, the hunger, the protest remains firm, uniting professionals from the areas of hotels, restaurants, bars and discos. In view of this more drastic posture, There have been many public figures who have shown solidarity with the ‘A Pão e Água’ movement, whose main faces are Ljubomir Stanisic and José Gouveia.
The list of personalities clearly increases: João Baião, Filomena Cautela, Jesualdo Ferreira, Jessica Athayde, Dânia Neto, Mónica Sintra, Micaela, José Figueiras, Joaquim Nicolau and Alberto Indio, among many others.
But there are also those who decide to show their solidarity by passing through the camp set up in front of the Assembly of the Republic.
Eduardo Madeira, Marco Costa, Joana Alvarenga, Magazino are some of the public figures who were in the place to support the protesters and personally thank the well-known Serbian chef. This recognition extends to social networks with many messages that only say: “Obrigado, Ljubo”.
Also in the “camp” was Pedro Cardoso, owner of one of the most famous restaurants in the capital, ‘Solar dos Presuntos’.
