A former drug dealer and prostitute has found love again with a prison guard in Australia, reports the British newspaper Daily star. The two met when she was serving a prison sentence.

Once a model, it was drug trafficking that first brought Simone Starr behind bars in 2009, when she served six and a half years in prison at the Dillaynia Women’s Prison. In 2017, she was part of an intense rehabilitation program and it was there that Simone was checked by prison guard Britt Young on a daily basis for almost three years.

Simone says that at first there was no romantic attraction, but that the prison guard had taught her to respect herself more. It was also thanks to you that he managed to finish high school and even go to university. They did not see each other again when Simone was transferred to another prison.

In 2019, Simone was paroled and decided to look up the prison guard’s profile on Facebook to thank you, two years after your last meeting. However, Britt said it was wrong to talk to a former inmate. At this, Simone asked him to contact her if he ever left the profession. Britt confesses that she had the feeling that she should give the relationship a chance, so she ended up saying goodbye. They made coffee and never left. They now live together in Sydney, Australia.
