This Friday, at Estádio do Dragão, next to gate 1, the symbolic moment of the tribute to Reinaldo Teles, a historic FC Porto leader who died on Wednesday, at age 70, a victim of covid-19.
Pinto da Costa, Sérgio Conceição and Pepe were some of those present who stood out among various members of the Blue and White management and the technical team.
The FC Porto coach placed a wreath on Reinaldo Teles’s urn and Pinto da Costa addressed a few words of comfort to the family of his friend and former managing partner.
Several FC Porto fans were also present at the venue, applauding the departure of the hearse.
It was the highest tribute to Reinaldo Teles by the club he represented, as an athlete and coach, for more than 50 years.
