A man and a woman were found Tuesday morning with gunshot wounds inside an Italian-registered motorhome in Cabo Carvoeiro, Peniche.
Initially it was anticipated that both had died, but later the information was corrected when realizing that the man’s death was declared on the spot, but the woman, who was in cardiorespiratory arrest, was resuscitated by the INEM. The victim would be transferred by helicopter to the hospital, but meanwhile, due to the serious injuries, the helicopter transport was suspended and it was decided that he would be transferred by ambulance to Santa María.
The PSP was at the scene investigating the circumstances of the case and now the Judicial Police must be called. The authorities were alerted by a military man.
