Miguel Oliveira spoke this afternoon about the different sensations in the two victories recorded in the season, the first in the Styrian GP, and this Sunday in Portugal.
“They are very different victories and emotions, in Austria it was an overtaking in the last corner, a lot of adrenaline. There was no battle here, I started and finished first, you had to manage your emotions from start to finish and being able to win is very good, ”he explained.
Recalling the BT Sport race, he confessed that it was “very long”: “Wow, it was so long! With six laps to go, I just wanted it to end, I even had little beads of sweat on my visor, I didn’t even see where I was going, I just wanted it to end.
“It’s a very happy day, I only had the opportunity to win the GP at home, so I had to make it count. I hope I have contributed well to Tech3, we were able to learn from each other, I couldn’t be more satisfied to leave like this, ”he said.
Predicting the next season, already in the main KTM team, Miguel Oliveira is happy with the bike: “Now I hope I can drive as I want, but I know that our rivals will not be distracted this winter either.
