Right at the beginning of the work, which began at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, the Socialists voted against the blockade proposal that sought to guarantee the autonomy of contracting in each of the institutions included in the National Health Service, with the favorable vote of the Liberal Initiative and the PCP in this case. . Given the abstention of the PSD, CDS, PAN and Chega deputies, it was not possible to create another “negative coalition”, imposing the PS vote.
In the remaining proposals to modify OE2021 in particular, the Left Bloc only had the favorable votes of the PCP and the PAN – which abstained from the obligation to maintain employment in companies that receive state support, except for one moment- , while the PS added the negative vote to PSD, CDS, Chega and Liberal Initiative.
