ORA 55-year-old man was detained by the Judicial Police (PJ), through Board of Directors Lisbon and the Tagus Valley, due to the strong signs of commit more than two hundred crimes of rape and one crime of sexual abuse children’s, all in its aggravated form.
The facts were practiced in the zone metropolitan area and the victims are the four daughters. In a statement, the PJ explains that “The events were committed from 2007 to this year, victimizing, successively and with high frequency, the four minor daughters of the aggressor”.
The crimes occurred inside the home shared by the aggressor and the victims, the man taking advantage of “the ancestry and closeness of the children to consummating gross abusive conduct“.
The detainee has a criminal record for falsifying documents and, after the first judicial interrogation, the coercive measure of pre-trial detention.
