The Lagoa Health Unit remains closed until November 20.
The note explains that all risk contacts are being identified by the Municipal Health Authority. Users who were in person at USLagoa and are not considered to be at risk will not be contacted.
The statement said that the following contacts are available to request a prescription: [email protected] or 296 249 220. Treatment and home care will be provided by the Integrated Home Support Team of the Ponta Delgada Health Center and treatment of wounds and injectables will be insured in the SAC – Complementary Attention Service of the CSPD. Consultations on acute situations will also be provided in the SAC – Complementary Assistance Service of the CSPD.
